Planning public maps
Getting started
You can use this service to locate a property or area within the city and view related planning information such as:
- Planning applications
- Conservation areas
- Listed buildings
If you know the address of a property, type the postcode or road name into the search box at the top of the map window. If you want to jump to a particular ward or parish, select the relevant area from the dropdown list at the top left of the map window.
You can pan around the map by clicking and dragging the map with your mouse, and you can zoom in and out using your mouse roll ball. Alternatively you can use the icons in the left corner of the map to pan around and zoom in and out.
To switch on one of the data information layers shown in the left hand area, just click on it. Once switched on, you can click on the coloured items that display on the map and their specific information will be displayed.
Please note that the inclusion of a link to another organisation's website from any pages on this publication does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of that organisation or its website by us.
