We provide free confidential advice through telephone and appointment service only, offering in-depth advice on welfare benefits and debt, including:

Open - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm. (4pm on Fridays)

Our customer service centre at Preston Town Hall is open 9am - 5pm Monday to Wednesday and Friday and 10am - 5pm on a Thursday.

When you arrive for your welfare benefits appointment, you must use the self-service monitor to check in.
