Application for Transfer of Vehicle Licence - Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, Section 49 (1 and 2)
1. Please complete this form if you wish to remove your name from a vehicle licence and/or add a new name(s) on the licence.
  
  A replacement vehicle licence application will need to be obtained if you wish to replace your current licenced vehicle with another vehicle.
  
  Once you have completed the form you will be taken to our secure payment portal and charged £45 for the transfer licence fee.
  
  This form is 3 pages long and may take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

I / we declare that all my / our rights and interest in the Hackney Carriage / Private Hire have been sold to the proposed licence holders detailed in section 2, 2a, 2b, or 2c.
