The Blue Badge Scheme is operated and run by Lancashire County Council - Blue Badge Scheme.
If you are disabled, a Blue Badge permit allows you to park legally near to places you need to visit, whether you are travelling as a driver, or as a passenger.
The permit allows you to park up to three hours for free in some pay and display car parks with designated disabled bays and on single and double yellow lines in most streets.

Please note: It is your responsibility to renew your badge every three years. It is recommended that you renew your blue badge 4 - 6 weeks before your current badge is due to expire.
£10 application fee for all new, lost, stolen, replacement or renewal badges.
