It is important when reporting a breach to provide an accurate location and provide as much information as possible in relation to the breach. Once the report has been logged you will receive an acknowledgement, usually within five working days.
In most cases a site visit will be conducted and investigations carried out. Depending on the nature of the breach, you may be requested to provide further information, for example, in relation to times and dates of further activity at the site, the presence of any vehicles.
