The Forum is an informal partnership to form a working relationship between the council, private sector organisation's and individuals involved in residential letting. It aims to encourage the improvement of private rented sector accommodation to, at least, a minimum standard. All landlords and managing agents have the opportunity to discuss the issues that are relevant to them.
The forum meetings provide up to date information on services available, council policies and local government legislation that will ultimately affect them and the service they provide.
Presentation's and the delivery of information, advice and assistance tailored to the needs of the private rented sector help landlords to gain knowledge and understanding about their rights and obligation's and are intended to promote good practice.
The forum meetings, held approximately every 4 months, provide a suitable venue for consultation on statutory and policy issues.
The dates for the 2018 meetings have yet to be agreed and will appear here once the dates are known
The meeting dates will also be published on the NLA website. The meetings agendas and details of speakers will also appear on the NLA website nearer to the time of the meetings.
The meetings are free and open to all landlords.

Registration is from 6pm, with the meetings starting at 6:30pm with the meetings closing at 8:30pm
