Spark is a chance to join professional artists and gallery staff to get an inside view of the art on show and inspiration to create your own work. It is the only young people’s art gallery group in Preston and is a great opportunity to have fun and put something on your CV that helps you stand out from the crowd.

The Museum Café is a beautiful setting in which to enjoy lunch, or simply take time out in the most striking architectural space in the city.
There is also a museum shop stocking gifts, books, toys and cards, many of which are inspired by the Harris’ collections.
Blue badge parking is available in Jacson Street. There is a ramp at the museum entrance and you can borrow a wheelchair. All areas are wheelchair accessible with the exception of the Egyptian Balcony. Guide and assistance dogs are welcome. We have a ground-floor accessible toilet and baby-changing facilities.
