We offer opportunities for trading at our events through our application process outlined below.
We hold a stall holder database, which we use to email stall holder opportunities as they become available.
If you would like to be added our database please complete the supplier events form.
Bookings for the Easter Egg Rolling 2019 event are now currently open.
Applicants should complete the Non Food Booking form. The closing date for bookings is Friday 15 March 2019.
If you wish to have a food stall at one of our events, you must have achieved a minimum score of 3 on the National Food Hygiene rating scheme. If this scheme does not operate in your area, your current risk rating will be checked by our Environmental Health team.
Please see our event catering guidance in the document section and ensure that you are able to comply with all requirements before you apply.

The Food Stall holders application is currently closed.
Food stall requests will be acknowledged upon completing the form, though will not be accepted until a decision has been made. The decision is based on a scoring system around the below criteria:
Please note: you will not make payment until your application is successful.
If no documentation is provided prior to the closing date on Friday 19 January 2018, your application cannot be scored and will be excluded from the process.
