Preston City Council’s Events and Cultural Services are committed to supporting a thriving creative sector and offer a range of services to arts organisations and individual artists who are based and work in Preston. This page outlines the support available and how you can engage with the service.
Open to all artists working or based in Preston, the quarterly artist symposiums provides the opportunity to network with likeminded artists, partners, and funders.
Meet the Members of the Cultural Framework Board and contribute towards cultural plans and take part in chaired discussions on hot topics affecting the independent arts sector in Preston.

Artists receive a bi monthly arts e-bulletin, commission opportunities and an invite to the quarterly symposiums.
