From 15 July 2019 household enquiry forms will be posted out to all properties to check who is listed on the Electoral Register. Look out for your form arriving on your doorstep.
On the inside of the form are the names of the people who are currently registered to vote at your address. If the form is blank that means no one is registered.
If all the details are the same, you must confirm this to us. You can do this by:

You will need the security codes at the bottom of the front page, or on the inside of the form. Or you can amend the form and post it back to us in the pre-paid envelope.
Don’t forget to include any 16, 17 or 18 year olds but don’t include anyone under 16.
Please note that this is an enquiry form – if you add someone’s details to the form they will not appear on the electoral register.
They can register individually at GOV.UK or we can send them a personalised registration form.
You can register at both your home address and term-time address.
There are two versions of the register - the electoral register and the open register.
Your details will appear on the full version of the register, but you can choose to exclude your details from the open register by choosing to 'opt out'. The electoral register is used for elections, preventing and detecting crime, and checking applications for credit.
The open register is available for general sale and can be used for commercial activities such as marketing.
If you are concerned that having your name and address on the register may affect your safety, there could be other options available to you. To find out more please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01772 906908.
