Preston Local Plan 2004

The Preston Local Plan was adopted in April 2004; when the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act came into force in September 2004, policies in the Local Plan were "saved” until they are replaced under the new local development framework system.

The schedule of "saved" policies can be viewed in the documents section. Policies not listed in the direction expired on 27 September 2007. This schedule should be read in conjunction with the Preston Local Plan.
