Advice

We have a highly qualified and experienced team of Building Control surveyors who will discuss and advise on proposed building projects at all stages of the construction process.

Local knowledge

We have a team of professional and technical staff who provide an extensive knowledge of local conditions and problems.

Same day service

We will carry out site inspections on the same day if the request is made before 10.00am. All our surveyors can be contacted on mobile phones or by e-mail - see the Contact Building Control page for details.

Impartiality

We are completely impartial. We aim to give a professional, prompt and courteous service.

Building Regulations are based on minimum standards only. It must be noted that where residential properties are to be rented out these may be subject to further, and more onerous, legislation in relation to fire precautions and means of escape in the event of fire.
