Funding is available to install 'first time' central heating systems. If your property has a partial central heating system then the funding is unable to assist but you may be able to apply for a boiler replacement.
The scheme is open to both owner-occupiers and private tenants and is available to households in receipt of certain benefits or in a qualifying group as listed in the attached ECO Flex Statement of Intent.

If you meet certain eligibility criteria and your property is suitable then you should be able to have a number of energy efficiency improvements installed in your home for free (subject to survey) including oil boiler replacements, electric storage heater replacements and cavity wall and loft insulation.
Funding for gas boiler replacements is extremely limited so apply now to ensure you're ready for Winter.
To qualify for a new boiler someone in your household must receive a qualifying benefit or be in an ECO Flex Group (please refer to attached documents).You will be asked to provide relevant proof of eligibility prior to the survey. Information given will be shared with partner agencies for the sole purpose of accessing energy efficiency measures and other relevant advice and support available.

It offers advice on what to do when it goes wrong and provides you with contact details of manufacturers of boilers and other components, as well as installers in your area. They can provide you with sound advice and a professional service when you need it.
