Moor Park is a Grade II listed park and Preston's oldest, largest and most well known and loved park.
We currently have an opportunity for the right person - or business - to run a café in the former bowling pavilion at Moor Park.

The English Heritage carried out a reassessment of Moor Park in 2013 and decided to award a grade II listed status to reflect the age of the Park, the retained original design BY Edward Milner and the historic importance of the public park. This acknowledges Moor Parks status as being amongst the oldest and most significant public parks in the country.
Established in 2002, the Friends of Moor Park are a small friendly group who would welcome new members or occasional help. They get involved in the organisation of community events , contribute to management decisions, help raise funding for improvements and new facilities..
Practical tasks include planting, painting, litter picking wildflower seed sowing and visitor surveys.
The group hold their meetings every six weeks in the park pavilion.

The park is located on the outskirts of the city centre, next to Blackpool Road, between Garstang Road and Deepdale Road (the section next to PNE is called Tom Finney Way). It is easily accessible by car, bicycle or on foot.
From the west and city centre follow North Road onto Garstang Road (A6). Follow Garstang Road for approximately 1 mile and Moor Park is located on your right.
From the east/city centre/ring road follow the signs for Deepdale Retail Park/Preston North End.
The main car park is opposite Preston North End Football Ground. Limited parking is also available on Moor Park Avenue.
