Council tax change in circumstances

Use the forms on the left hand side to tell us about a change in your circumstances:

Report a change of address. Use this form to report a change of address to us. The form also allows a landlord to notify a change of address for a tenant or to let us know about a sale or purchase of a property.

Report any changes in your circumstances that may affect your council tax. For example a name change, changes in your income or employment or changing your payment date.

Report the death of a family member or friend.

Report a birth - you should only complete this form if you currently receive housing or council tax benefit.
