There are Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC) across Lancashire and on average 75% of all waste taken to them is recycled.

Please note there is building work going on around the tip at Farington, near Leyland. The site will temporarily close from 25 June to allow the building work to take place and will reopen in early January 2013. Please be aware that this may cause delays at Tom Benson Way during peak times.
