Garden waste collections is now a chargeable service. This change does not affect other waste collection services.
If you wish to continue to receive fortnightly garden waste collections you will need to subscribe to our new chargeable garden waste collection service.
Please note: at present, we are experiencing problems when searching for bin collection days for certain addresses. We are currently looking into this issue and hope to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Use our search tool to find your bin collection day.
Please ensure your bin is out by 7.00am on collection day.
If your bin has not been collected on the scheduled collection day see report a missed bin or recycling collection.
For new, repair or replacement waste or recycling bins see request a new, repair or replacement bin.
We collect on all bank holidays apart from:
New Years Day
Properties affected by the Christmas bank holidays will be notified of any changes to collections. You can also find your bin collection day online to check for any changes.
