Penalty Charge Notices
From the 7 September 2009, the way in which parking enforcement is delivered in Preston changes. The previous Parkwise arrangement which enforced and administered both on and off street parking is now replaced with separate arrangements for parking enforcement and administration on the public highway (on-street) and on the City Council's car parks (off-street).
If you have received a penalty charge notice whilst parking on one of the City Council's car parks (Bus Station, Market Hall or Hill Street car parks) from 7 September 2009 then please direct any enquiries in the first instance to:
