The Council has a Four Year Efficiency Plan agreed with Government which runs from 2016 to 2020. On 22 February 2018 the Council will agree its budget for 2018/19, the third year of its efficiency plan.
Overall the Council is achieving the targets set within the Four Year Efficiency Plan. During 2017 the Council successfully transferred the Leisure Centres to Greenwich Leisure Ltd (GLL)
and has made ongoing savings of £300k from implementation of new technology.
During 2018/19 the Council will continue to make savings identified in the efficiency plan, which can be found in the document section on this page.

The consultation is open until 20 February at which point the responses will be presented to the Council at its meeting on 22 February 2018 at 10am in the Town Hall.
