Contact centre

To submit an online enquiry please use the contact us form.

The Contact Centre is in the Town Hall and consists of a call centre for phone calls and the One Stop Shop for face-to-face visitors.

The opening times for the Contact Centre are:

  • Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (except Thursday)
  • Thursdays 10:30am - 6:00 pm (closed for staff training in the morning)

The One Stop Shop provides advice on council tax, housing benefit, council tax benefit, residents parking and taxi licensing (badges only not plates). If you would like to visit the One Stop Shop and see one of our advisors please see the phone numbers below to book an appointment.

Please make sure that you arrive on time for your appointment.

If you cannot make your appointment please make sure you phone and cancel.
