Street Cleansing 

Preston is split into three areas with dedicated teams linking with local communities to provide the highest level of service. 

The street cleansing and Neighbourhood Environment Action Teams (NEATeams) deal with all environmental problems including fly-tipping, litter clearance, street sweeping, graffiti, fly-posting and public litter bins. 

The service is provided 5 days a week throughout the city area and everyday except Christmas day in the city centre.

Waste Enforcement Team

The enforcement officers deal with the investigation of flytipping, litter, flyposting and other waste offences and the prosecution of offenders.
