The Preston Strategic Partnership (PSP) has established four task groups. They each have a specific role and help to deliver the PSP's priorities.
They are:
The Citizenzone task group has facilitated an interactive mobile information vehicle where local people can access a wide range of information and services on their doorstep.
Data Management
The Data Management task group is developing improved collection and sharing of data by PSP partners to help deliver PSP actions and targets
Marketing Communications and Consultation
The Marketing, Communications and Consultation task group is contributing to the marketing of Preston, developing PSP communications, supporting PSP consultations, and assisting joint partner communications and consultations
Neighbourhood Working
The Neighbourhood Working task group brings together partner agencies such as Preston City Council, Lancashire Constabulary and Lancashire County Council to work at a neighbourhood level to increase opportunities for community involvement, strengthen local democracy and ensure the delivery of services are in touch with the needs of local people.
