The extremely popular annual Ruffs Dog Show takes place this Saturday 6th June on Ashton Park.
The fun begins at 11am until 4pm with ten different awards for everything from waggiest tail to ugliest mutt!
As well as awards there will be agility demonstrations throughout the day and stalls including Cats Protection League and Greenpeace. There will also be a plant stall, face painting and many other fun family activities.
As well as all the activities, the citizenzone and various councillors will be on hand for an informal drop in session. You can also make bookings for free dog chipping and get free advice on being a responsible dog owner.
Background information
1. Ruffs Dog Show is a family event organised by the Friends of Ashton Park and Preston City Council.
2. A £1 donation will go to the Friends group for each category entered.
3. Prizes have kindly been donated by Pets at Home and PCC.
