The Markets Manager, David Bullock, supervises a team of officers and stall erectors who together enable the indoor and outdoor markets to operate. The bustling atmosphere of a market is hard to beat, whether it is the chance of finding that bargain on the car boot/flea market on Tuesday and Thursdays, or browsing around the various stalls outside on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The indoor market is also an active and vibrant place which has become more of a way of life for Prestonians. The section is also responsible for the Flag Market and most of the major events which take place there.
