The events section organise and support many of the major and cultural events in the city. To find out more about these major events select the purple button below.

Our aim is to organise, support and further develop the exciting and diverse range of events in the City of Preston building up to the next Preston Guild in 2012.

For external event organisors, we can help you succesfully plan your upcoming event. Working through the cities Event Safety Advisory Group, the events team can support you with advise and guidance. This helps you make sure that your event meets with the current legal and health and safety requirements, required for the succesful delivery of an event.
