Comments and ratings are your opportunity to give feedback on:

Leaving comments is a great opportunity to have your voice heard on a variety of subjects.
You can leave your comment on the Leader's blog, or get involved with online discussions. Comments can also be left on the images uploaded by the council and members of the public.
How do I leave a comment?
To leave comments you must be registered and logged in to the website.
Once you have logged in, select the blog entry, discussion forum or image that you would like to comment on. A comment box will appear at the bottom of the page.
Before leaving your comment please make sure that you have read the website rules and that you follow them.
Once you are happy with your comment select the submit comment button.
If you do not wish to submit your comment select the reset button.
Comments left on the blog or within a discussion forum are published automatically.
Comments left on images will be moderated before appearing on the website.
Ratings
Ratings on images provide feedback to users who upload images to the Your Pics album.
The image with the highest rating at the end of the month will appear on the main gallery page as the featured photo of the month.
The rating system is based on a one to five-star scale. Five stars is the highest rating, and one star is the lowest rating.
How do I give an image a rating?
To add a rating to an image you must first be registered and logged in to the website.
Once you have logged in and have selected the image you want to rate, a drop down box will appear. You can select how many stars you want to give the image from the drop down box.
There is also an optional comments box if you want to add a comment with your rating.
Once you have selected your rating and have read the website rules select the submit comment button.
If you do not want to leave your rating or comment select the reset button.
