Current surveys
Preston City Council is currently reviewing its existing executive arrangements following legislation passed by the previous Government.
The legislation requires the council to change its existing executive arrangements to one of two leadership options. The options are:
• “New Style” Leader and Cabinet
• or, Elected Mayor and Cabinet.
We welcome your views on the two options, a Leader and Cabinet or a Mayor and Cabinet.
