Annual Performance Report

The annual performance report details the progress that we has made in 2007/08 against our programmes and projects using both performance indicators and qualitative project updates.

The programme scorecards set out the key performance indicators, and their performance, which are used to track progress against the programmes.

We are committed to the availability of complete, accurate and timely data to support customer care, corporate governance, management decision making, service planning, accountability and adherence to audit and inspection processes.

At the back of the document is a list of our best value performance indicators which detail the performance achieved against our targets in the financial year 2007/08 and the targets we have set ourselves for the next three years.

This report includes our financial outturn information. It summaries the original budget position set for the year, which was updated to the revised budget through to the final outturn position for the year.
