There are 3 ways to ask a question at your Area Forum.

Area Forums open forum

You can ask a question on services in your area, or issues affecting your community at the 'Open Forum' 30 minute section of your Area Forum meeting. Area Forum members will try to give you a reply at the meeting.

Question cards

If you wish a written response or if the question cannot be answered at the meeting, question cards can be filled in at the meeting. These can either be given to an officer at the meeting or returned to the Area Forum team at the Town Hall. A response will be sent to you as soon as possible or an update will be available at the next possible meeting.

On-line form

If you would like a more detailed response to your question or cannot come to the meeting you can submit a question using our on-line question form. You will receive a written reply to your question.

If you submit your on-line question form at least 10 days before your next Area Forum meeting, your question will appear on the 'Question Update' table at the next meeting.
