Alcohol and entertainment licences

Licensing Act 2003

We are responsible for regulating the sale and supply of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment and the provision of late night refreshment within Preston.

Listed to the left of this page are a number of links to help you submit applications for the grant of a personal licence, premises licence or club premises certificate or to transfer or vary a licence or certificate or to submit a temporary event notice, of which many of the applications can be completed on-line. These can be downloaded and printed together with various guidance documents.
