
Subject to section 100 of the Licensing Act 2003 an individual may give to the relevant licensing authority notice to use a premises for one or more licensable activities during a period not exceeding 96 hours.
An individual must be 18 or over and the notice must be given to the relevant licensing authority (in duplicate) no later than ten working days before the day on which the event period begins and must be accompanied by the prescribed fee. The maximum number of persons attending such events must be less than 500.
Two copies should be forwarded to Licensing Services and one to the Chief Officer of Police for the area, at the address shown below:
